The Hickory High School Athletic Booster Club is a volunteer organization committed to providing the student-athletes at Hickory High School with the very best facilities, equipment, protection and opportunities. In order to provide these opportunities, the Athletic Boosters needs your support!

We Need Your Help as we continue to enhance the Hickory High School athletics program into one of the very best in the state of North Carolina.

Please read the important message below from the Hickory High School Athletic Department before beginning! 


This registration is to be completed by the student-athlete and a parent. Please ensure the correct person is signing each field and all information is reviewed together for accuracy and understanding of expectations. 

Each student-athlete must have a physical before try-outs or summer workouts. Physicals expire 365 days after the date completed by examining physician.

A parent/guardian should register their families profile by clicking on this link:

Follow these steps:

  1. To find your program, click on the link provided by the Organization above and select the registration form under the word Programs.
  2. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons.
  3. If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account.Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner:  First and Last names (parent/guardian),
  4. Password: E-mail address
  5. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service.
  6. Click Create Account.
  7. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
  8. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to
  9. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested.
  10. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
  11. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
  12. Review your registration summary.
  13. No Payment Required or Alternate Payment Method (check, cash, non-FamilyID payment site) 
  14. Click the green Submit button.
  15. After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration.
  16. To view a completed registration, select the 'Registration' tab on the blue bar.


Click Log In, once you have a FamilyID account.
At any time, you may login at to update your
information and to check your registration(s).
